We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. We may also terminate access for maintenance, updates, or discontinuation of services.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Total liability in any matter arising from or related to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.
